About Us
Clements Electric is a veteran-owned, licensed electrical contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex for over 20 years. We’re focused on commercial electrical work and generator installations, and we’re building out the operations backbone to support that growth. We run on ServiceTitan, and we’re looking for an experienced operations leader who understands the trade and can keep jobs moving, parts flowing, and margins healthy.

The Role
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who knows electrical work from the inside and can run the business side of the shop. You’ll be the hub between the field and the office — scheduling jobs, making sure parts are staged and ready at will call, confirming equipment is prepped before crews roll, and working directly with our Master Electrician to keep projects on time and on budget. You’ll also own the numbers: reading P&Ls, calculating job margins, and understanding where we make or lose money.

If you’re a journeyman electrician who’s ready to trade the tools for a leadership role — or an experienced operations manager from the electrical supply or contracting world — this is a chance to run operations at a growing commercial shop.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate commercial jobs and generator installations from booking through completion
  • Ensure parts and materials are ordered, staged, and ready at will call ahead of each job
  • Confirm equipment and tools are prepped and ready before crews are dispatched
  • Work directly with the Master Electrician to keep projects on time and within scope
  • Manage dispatch and scheduling in ServiceTitan
  • Coordinate electrical permitting and inspections
  • Track job costs, calculate margins, and monitor overhead and breakeven
  • Read and interpret P&L statements to support operational and pricing decisions
  • Communicate clearly with field crews, suppliers, customers, and the corporate office

What You Bring

Required

  • Electrical experience — you understand electrical work, materials, and job scope
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
  • QuickBooks experience — Ability to read and interpret a P&L statement
  • Working knowledge of job margins, overhead expenses, and breakeven
  • Professional communication skills, in person and over the phone
  • Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software

Ideal / Preferred

  • Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license
  • Experience working for an electrical supplier such as Elliott Electric Supply, Fowler Electric, Rexel, CED (Consolidated Electrical Distributors), Graybar, Crawford Electric Supply, City Electric Supply, or Dealers Electrical Supply
  • ServiceTitan experience (dispatching, scheduling, job management)
  • Experience with electrical permitting
  • Background in commercial electrical work or generator installations
