Overview

UTS ServicePros is seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Operations & Warranty Coordinator to join our nationwide window and door service team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in field service operations, logistics coordination, and customer service administration. You will oversee a multi-state territory, managing communication and scheduling between Independent Field Technicians, Homeowners, Parts Locations, and Manufacturers to ensure timely and high-quality warranty service completion.

Success in this position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, along with a process-driven mindset focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and oversee field service operations for inspections, repairs, and replacements of window and door     products under warranty.

· Manage technician dispatch and scheduling to ensure timely completion of work orders across assigned               territories.

· Facilitate logistics and parts coordination, ensuring the correct components are available for each job and            tracking shipments as needed.

· Serve as the primary liaison between Independent Contractors, Homeowners, and Manufacturers to maintain       smooth service flow.

· Communicate with manufacturers to secure approvals, confirm warranty coverage, and ensure compliance           with service standards.

· Collaborate with internal Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer     expectations are met.

· Monitor service performance metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities for operational and process         improvement.

· Train and support field technicians on company procedures, manufacturer requirements, and service                     documentation standards.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and communicate updates internally and           externally.

· Contribute to a culture of efficiency, accountability, and excellence in every customer interaction.

Qualifications & Skills

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics,   
   business operations, or customer service preferred.

· Experience:

o 2–4 years in a related role such as Field Service Coordinator, Warranty Administrator, Operations Coordinator,     or Logistics Specialist.

o Experience managing service territories, coordinating technicians, or overseeing warranty claims is highly             valued.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM or field service management platforms.

o Ability to interpret warranty documents, service reports, and manufacturer specifications.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

o Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

o Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with window and door products or home construction services is a major plus      but not required.
