Project Manager – Commercial Construction (PEMB Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects, with a primary focus on Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). This role requires someone who can manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure project alignment
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Track project progress, costs, and change orders
• Maintain clear communication with leadership on project status
• Oversee quality control and ensure projects meet company standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management
• Experience in both commercial and residential construction
• Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) preferred
• OSHA-30 certification required
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification (preferred but not required)
• Military experience highly valued
• Experience working with subcontractor-driven project delivery
